This policy explains how an order placed with PACIFIC HORIZON TRADING SDN. BHD. 202501042799 (1644207-T) may be called off, and what becomes of the money once it is. Plans change, and the Company allows for that.
1. The Cancellation Window
Full Refund Period — an order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and refunded in full.
Beyond the Window — past 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered processing or been shipped.
2. Lodging the Request
Contact — the Customer notifies the customer service team immediately, quoting the Order Number.
Verification — the support team then checks the status of that order and confirms whether it still qualifies for cancellation.
3. Return of Funds
Method — an approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method.
Timeline — 7–14 business days should be allowed for that refund to be processed and to appear in the Customer’s account.
